September 01 Well....I've been away for such a long time, I thought it was time to come back.
For those of you that know and remember me, yes I am still alive, I've put my wedding back to March for personal reasons, and they're pretty much the same reasons i've not been around for a while.
I will get round to updating properly later, but for now I just thought I'd let everyone know I'm alive lol April 24 coooooooooooooeeeeeeeeeeWell isnt this a nice lil surprise? You guessed it i'm back!! Thanks to everyone who left me messages whilst I was away, and if you're wondering where I was.......well you'll have to keep guessing
 So it's been a busy month or so for me, I've been up and down the country a few times trying to catch up with old and new friends which is pretty tiring in itself. I've also taken up sleeping as though it's going out of fashion all I seem to do is sleep or think about sleep!!
I have also taken up going out on Thursday nights to The Krazyhouse which takes me almost a week to recover! I seem to have forgotten what it was like to be young. Gone are the days when I could party all weekend, now I go out Thursday, come home around 4ish, take Kian to school and am pretty fecked for a week after that!!
Whilst on the subject I have to say a big thank you to my dancing partner Paul for keeping me dancing all night and laughing at me when I fell over sober!
Also a big thanks to Sammi for yet another wonderful Ann Summers party, full of laughs and a good time had by all.
Just a smallish update for now really, Kians ill
 so have to take up my place on the sofa stroking his head and saying nice things to make him feel better.Now that I have finally gotten around to blogging I will try update again sometime soon and put something of interest on lol

Hope everyone else has enjoyed today March 24 Guns and ViolenceRecently a bouncer in one of our local clubs was shot 3 times, and is still not in great condition in hospital, all because he refused someone entry to a pub. Now ok, I don't have the full story and there may have been more to this, especially as the same bouncer saved a young boys life at New Year after he was stabbed.
What are your views on violence and guns? Should the police be allowed to carry guns? Possession of a gun is a striaght 5 year prison sentence, so why do people still own guns? Before I start with my randomness about St Patrick and a few Irish myths and traditons I'd like to wish Kate a very Happy 25th Birthday and Dave a very happy 57th Birthday (I don't care wht you say you're 57 lol)
St. Patrick lived about 389-461A.D., and is the patron saint of Ireland. Patrick was chiefly responsible for converting the Irish people to Christianity. He became known as the Apostle to the Irish. His Latin name is Patricius.
One of the best known tales tells how he charmed the snakes of Ireland into the sea so that they drowned. Different tales tell of his standing upon a hill, and using a wooden staff, drove the serpents into the sea, banishing them forever from the shores of Ireland. One legend says that one old snake resisted, but the saint overcame it by cunning. He is said to have made a box and invited the reptile to enter. The snake insisted the box was too small and the discussion became very heated. Finally the snake entered the box to prove he was right, whereupon St Patrick slammed the lid and cast the box into the sea. While it is true there are no snakes in Ireland, chances are that there never have been snakes since the time the island was separated from the rest of the continent at the end of the ice age. As in many old pagan religions serpent symbols were common, and possibly even worshipped. Driving the snakes from Ireland was most likely symbolic of putting an end to that pagan practice. According to another tale, Patrick used a three-leaf shamrock to illustrate the idea of the Trinity. Many people believe the shamrock came to be the traditional symbol of Ireland as a result of this legend. Today, his feast day, March 17th is celebrated as a national holiday in Ireland. St. Patrick also introduced the Roman alphabet and Latin literature into Ireland. After his death, about 461AD, Irish monasteries flourished as centers of learning

Black Velvet (and that lil boy smile, black velvet with that slow southern style.....sorry I always feel the urge to burst into song) Simplest recipe for any drink. Take one champagne flute, half fill it with guiness, top up with champagne, but carefully so that it rests on the guiness and drink......yummiest drink EVER

2 lbs Potatoes
Potato Stuffing
Makes 6 portions of stuffing
Soda Bread
500 g Flour 1/2 teaspoon breadsoda 275 ml buttermilk Pinch of salt Cooking Flour a baking tin Sieve flour, salt and breadsoda into bowl Add 200 ml of buttermilk Mix to a loose dough Add remaining buttermilk if necessary Knead on board until smooth Shape dough into a circular shape, mark a cross on the top Place on floured tin Bake for 40 to 45 mins at 200? C.
Irish Stew Best end neck chops no fat, bone or gristle (Mutton) Potatoes Onions Parsley & thyme mixes Salt & Pepper Cooking Cut meat into medium pieces Peel and slice potatoes Peel and slice onions Layer of potatoes in pan add herbs, salt and pepper Layer of Meat Layer of Onions Repeat as long as ingredients last Cover with water Cover with foil then lid Simmer as long as you like or until every thing is cooked
March 13 ...Do You Have The Time To Listen To Me Whine...Ok so I really am back! Yes, you didn't imagine it I'm back with my waffles and be prepared for me to go on and on haha
So what have I been up to? Well so much has happened the past few weeks, its just where I should start! Spent Saturday night at my friends house until 6am
 had one of those great waffley girlie nights that you just don't want to end! Been having a lot of those lately mainly due to different friends having diff problems, along with my own!I've had my hair 'cut' long since about 2 weeks ago now. I can see all the mens heads ticking and wondering what the feck I'm on about! So for those who don't understand I've had long hair extensions. So I'm now the owner of long black hair, its yet to have any colours in but I'm thinking electric blue
Let me see, what else have I done......Kian had parents evening and everything seems to be going ok, apart from his learning difficulties of course, but he's settled in much better and is actually beginning to learn a few things!
I've got me a social life and spend most free mornings drinking coffee, shopping and erm playin bingo, I know it's pretty sad, but we have fun yay
Its my friends birthday on Friday so more social events for me to attend, hopefully I'll convince her we need to celebrate on Thursday, we have such a big Irish community in and around Liverpool that Friday is def a no go area. Be warned though, I am preparing a St Patricks day blog full of useless information and my fav Irish tipples!!
Have also been discovering lots of new music, so be prepared for all my new tracks on media player, also next week I'm off to see Kaiser Cheifs, so sure I'll have lots of gossip from that
 Well I think that's about all for now, I'm missing neighbours to write this pmsl! I'm still trying to think of something exciting for a real blog, but hopefully I'll get around to visiting most of you later and saying hi at least

Had so much on the past few weeks with one thing and another, that I've simply not had the time or the energy to say anything, well anything of interest anyway. So I took me a very well deserved break to recharge and maybe come up with some new ideas.
Had a busy few weeks, had some family problems, Kian been off school ill,just been pretty non stop really!

So Saturday saw the arrival of Becky and mini me, did a bit of shopping in town before going home to eat and supposedly get ready for the night ahead. So we goes home, gets wine, order pizza and get down to catching up. Kian suddenly becomes ill and we cancel our night out to stay in just in case he gets worse etc.
We ended up having a wicked time, watched films, played Buzz, which of course I won, drank wine and caught up on all the gossip as well as talking about old times.
By the time we went to bed around 1am we were both shattered!
Yesterday, we went out for lunch, ate way too much and started on the vodka around 1pm! It was so nice to be able to go out, relax and just be silly, with someone who knows me so well I dont have to hide anything or say anything, she just knows
Last night we hit the vodka whilst chatting and being silly online! We chatted to a few mutual friends, and took some pics to remember our weekend.
Today sadly Becky and mini me had to leave me  , so that Becky could go to work tomorrow. Had an Ann Summers Party on Saturday care of the wonderful Sammi, which was a good giggle. Just a few friends, but just the right number to have a laugh and not be uncomfortable. Oh and according to Sammi's games i'm a dirty bitch lmao
Was planning to go out afterwards but my friends sister was throwing up so someone had to stay with her, Emma if your reading this hope your feeling better lol
Had a really lazy day Sunday, didn't do much at all apart from washing and ironing etc., stayed in my pjs most of the day. Yesterday I had some catching up to do. For some reason last week I didnt get to see Kate much but we made up for it yesterday! We went out for breakfast, had a wonder around some shops, picked out valentines cards, basically really silly things! Went back to Kate's where we didn't stop laughing! i touched her boyfriends erm willy by default and well I didn't half scream lmao. Ok the story is Kate won this willy thing in the raffle on Sunday, paul had it down his jeans being silly, i come along and hold it, until I realised where it had been LMAO
Monday afternoon I took Kian to see a psychologist where they confirmed yes he does have ADHD and they have some concerns with his hearing and autism, but I'm ready for whatever comes next. I have some stuff to fill in, as do his teachers just so they can assess him better and see where we go from there.

Been a busy lil bee the past few weeks, don't know what i've been doing really but I just don't seem to have any spare time.

Just to see him all in red again is like a dream come true, any Liverpool fan will tell you what a total amazing weekend it has been for us! Can't wait for Wednesday just to see him running round Anfield like he belongs

Anyway I seem to have this lil problem. Most of us are familiar with the basic wedding etiquette, bride wears dress, brides family sit on left, grooms on right, brides dad pays (in my dreams of course!), bridesmaids, bestman blah blah blah
My mum and dad are supposed to be flying over so that my dad can give me away......now we've had some problems with this in the past due to my oldest friend wanting to take part in the wedding. My friend doesnt get on with Darren well enough to be best man or anything, and because I'm being best man at his wedding he feels he should give me away if my dads unavailable. My mum went totally off her head at this idea and thinks its just not the done thing. Anyway to the point, it doesnt look like mum and dad are coming now due to money, dad being in work (they've only had a year to sort it all out like) so who gives me away? My oldest friend wont be coming, cos well he has no money lol. So the rest of my wedding party include 5 bridesmaids, 2 of which are 5, 2 are my sisters in law and my best mate, a best man (darrens brother in law) and an usher who is my best mates other half. Now my best mate is my chief bridesmaid but if my dad doesnt come I'd want her to give me away......so who becomes my cheif bridesmaid? I can't pick between sisters, or do I pick someone else to give me away? Who knew that weddings where this complicated! January 18 The Perfect DressToday I have found THE perfect wedding dress! Not only is it so me it was less than I expected to pay which is a bonus. Took me ages to find a picture of it on the net but eventually I did! I'm going for my first fitting tomorrow and all I have to do now is convince my mum to lend me the deposit haha
Also today I had my first induction at the gym. I think I'm in love and not just with the sexy gym man either! I felt so relaxed and actually had fun! Got my second induction tomorrow for the weight resistance stuff and then will get my personal programme ready for next week. So all in all had an amazing day!
